Pedro Carreño, member of the national constituent assembly, recommended Juan Guaidó, president of the National Assembly (AN), to be presented to the military high command, or to go to Miraflores, and tell them that he is their commander in chief.
"I recommend to Guaidó that he approve it in the meeting slips in the AN and go to Miraflores or he will be introduced to the Military High Command and tell them that he is their commander-in-chief so that they can put the hooks at once," he wrote. Carreño on his Instagram.
The constitutionalist made the comment after noting that the Supreme Court (TSJ) in exile and Luis Almagro, secretary general of the Organization of American States, give instructions to Guaidó.
"These satraps of the irritated and illegally called TSJ in exile and the ineffable of Almagro and its parapet of intervention mentioned OAS, turn instructions to another illegal as it is the president of the AN in contempt to assume the Presidency of the Republic and the Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, "he said.
