Franck Robine is a 55-year-old senior civil servant from Var. A graduate of the ENA, he was chief of staff to Prime Minister François Fillon in 2007 under the Sarkozy presidency.
Since July 2020, he has been an internal affairs adviser in the cabinet of former Prime Minister Jean Castex. Previously, Franck Robine was notably prefect in Martinique and Corsica.
