Greek reinvented? What a restaurateur plans to do with the former “Namaste” restaurant in Würzburg

The former Indian restaurant “Namaste” on Katharinengasse has been empty for a long time. But recently something has been happening there again: people are hammering, building and the shop windows have been covered to keep passers-by from prying eyes. The new tenant, Fotis Apostolidis, only gives passers-by a hint. “Fotis Greek Kitchen” is written on the windows in large white letters. Apostolidis does not yet know when the restaurant will open. Like many who are currently building, he too has difficulties in getting the necessary materials.
