Hazrat Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani bin Hazrat Maulana Zainul Abidin bin Hazrat Maulana Abdul Ahad Sahib was born on 4/Jamadi Awwala 1376 AH according to November 1956 in Qazi Mohalla Jale Darbhanga, his historical name is Khurshid, his early education was received from his mother, and after receiving it from his mother, Madrasa. Qasim Uloom entered Hussainiya Doghra Darbhanga, Maulana’s uncle Maulana Wijya Ahmad Sahib was a madrasa, he knelt in front of him. After graduating, he started using Rahmani as a suffix to his name, which became an integral part of his name. The names of Ameer Shariat Seven Maulana Muhammad Wali Rahmani, Maulana Syed Muhammad Shamsul Haq Sahib, former Shaykh Al-Hadith Jamia Rahmani Mongir are particularly noteworthy. Maulana received education in sciences and arts from Hazrat Maulana Qari Muhammad Tayyab Sahib, Hazrat Maulana Mufti Mahmoodul Hasan Sahib, Maulana Merajul Haque Sahib, Maulana Muhammad Hussain Sahib Bihari, may Allah have mercy on him.
He started his teaching life from Maulana Hameeduddin Aqeel Hasami’s Madrasah Darul Uloom Hydabad in Shawwal 1397 AH, but after only one year in 1399 AH he moved to Darul Uloom Sabeel Salam Hydabad. He was associated with this institution for many years. He taught from Rahmat Alam to Bukhari Sharif here. Departments were also opened and Darul Uloom Sabeel Salam became one of the most prominent institutions in South India.
In Shaban 1420 A.H., he resigned from here and founded Al-Mahad al-Ali al-Islami, Hyd Rabad, along with the lessons here, he also taught in the field of specializations in Darul Uloom Hydabad, these days this series has been stopped. His reputation as a good teacher and the best As a teacher, he is famous all over India.
Along with these scholarly pursuits, your attention has been full on the issues, he was the Secretary of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board for a long time and these days he is the Acting General Secretary.
