Low Carb Skipton is a volunteer group that promotes the message of low carbs / healthy fats to promote the health and well-being of diabetics, people with other serious illnesses, and people who just want to lose weight and / or get fitter. It has members in Craven, Airedale and Wharfedale.
The group, which holds monthly meetings, supports the growing belief that a low-carbohydrate diet can reverse type 2 diabetes and significantly improve the health of type 1 diabetics.
