ABOUT CIBUBUR – The Ministry of Trade through the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (CoFTRA) launched a help center or call center for CoFTRA Line.

The CoFTRA line accommodates complaints and makes it easier for the public to obtain information services related to Commodity Futures Trading (PBK), Warehouse Receipt System (SRG) and Commodity Auction Market (PLK).

The presence of the CoFTRA Line is expected to prevent the fall of victims of fraudulent investments related to commodity futures trading, such as in a number of cases of trading robots.

“The CoFTRA line accommodates all the public’s needs for information and for receiving complaints regarding the PBK, SRG and PLK programs,” said Deputy Minister of Trade Jerry Sambuaga after inaugurating the CoFTRA line at the CoFTRA Building, Jakarta, Thursday, June 23, 2022.

Vice Minister of Trade Jerry hopes that the help center can be a solution for various parties and stakeholders who need information related to CoFTRA because it is easily accessible via telephone.

According to him, the development of the business world, especially in the field of PBK, be it the growth of transactions, the development of traded commodities to the very rapid growth of customers, demands a faster and easier information service.

This can be seen from the large number of registered customers for physical trading of crypto assets as of May 2022 as many as 14.1 million customers.
