Car sharing is incredibly complex. Already when one leads only one enterprise, I know from my time as a boss of Car2go. Now, marrying two companies that have never had anything to do with each other increases complexity again. That's why it just takes time for us to build a simple and error-free carsharing service for our four million customers. How complex the whole thing is, you can see at the moment of new competitors, who announce big, to start the date XY in a city, but then do not comply – they have underestimated car sharing. We will not scare our customers with a bang, but slowly bring them to the new platform. We have been doing this since the wedding in February.
