What if Chartres shone once again? After winning its first medal (silver) in the European Cup thanks to the youngest Constance Dos Reis, last weekend in Coimbra (Portugal), C’Chartres Judo hopes to see its judokas climb on the podium, at the result of the French cadet team championships which will take place on Saturday at the Paris dojo.
A competitive female team
The CCJ will field two teams, one female and one male: “Our junior team is very competitive and we clearly have the podium in our sights,” says Kylian Wuillot, technical director and trainer at C’Chartres Judo.
Led by a Constance Dos Reis (-52 kg) on her little cloud after her second European place, the younger team should be able to perform in Paris: “We have never had a team so strong and so capable of taking a medal. Something is happening at the moment and we really believe in our chances, ”continues the coach.

Finally, Romane Fayol (-57 kg) and Manon Cazalet (-63 kg), both authors of very good results at the regional level, will complete the team.
In cadets, be in the first seven
Among the boys, the chances of medals are less, but the hope of making a good performance and of “entering the rankings” is not non-existent.
“We have a solid and homogeneous team among the boys and if everything goes well, I think we can rank in the top seven,” adds Kylian Wuillot. “The planets would have to be aligned to get on the podium,” admits the technical director.
“The club is surfing on a very good dynamic. The C’Chartres Judo emerges today as the flagship club of the region among cadets. »
