Eric Kogan is a 36-year-old photographer born in St. Petersburg, Russia. He has lived in the United States since the age of 5. It was at the beginning of his adolescence that he learned about photography in a laboratory before making it his profession. An artist at heart, he has a training in painting and holds a job in the events sector.

On his website, Eric Kogan has posted plenty of photos taken in the streets of New York where he lives. Through these photos, we see for example a couple of pigeons which, without knowing it, form an “X” painted behind them on a wall.

The photographer even captured a bird standing on the edge of a trash can with a broken mirror that reflects the cloudy blue sky. “It is not uncommon to see a broken mirror in the streets of New York”, Eric Kogan told My Modern Met.
