As last year, a gauge is imposed: “no more than ten people and no tournament in the evening”, indicates Nicolas Lechat, responsible for the sports department in the city. But the animators are ready to thrill athletes, to discover new horizons and also, the whole panoply of manual activities essential in summer, in all weathers.
A chalet at Quai Neuf
This year, the Spot benefits from a chalet installed at the entrance of the Quai Neuf. “We are clearly visible next to the Carrousel. Registrations started on Monday and activities start on Wednesday ”.
In addition to Nicolas, we find Lowan Riou, already present last year. This basketball fan has validated his Staps license and is currently in DU Bodybuilding. With him, the news is Léa Louazel, handball player. After her Staps license, she turned to nursing studies. “I am from Rennes but I have family here, I know the region well”. Both will share the different activities of the week. And the third is a purebred Paimpolais: Tony Corlay. “I am in animation, events. This summer, I will be the ticket master! »Indeed, it is he who will be the privileged interlocutor at the chalet. “I used to come to the Spot in the summer when I was a teenager. I found it so great that I am very happy to be a part of it now ”.
