Increase in patients admitted to Hospital Santa Lucía with COVID | Radio Cartagena

Sources from the Health Area number 2 of Cartagena have reported that this Monday, July 26, Hospital Santa Lucía has admitted 33 patients who have tested positive for COVID.

From them 6 are admitted to the ICU and the other 27 are in the ward.

What’s more, 114 new positive cases have been registered through PCR tests or antigen tests in the Health Centers in this area.

Of the 16 basic zones that make up the Health Area:

And the 15 remaining are on orange alert, with a high rate of positive cases.

From Management of the Health Area number 2 of Cartagena, Caution is requested and that all sanitary measures are complied with to prevent infections from increasing in this area. José Sedes, Manager, has made this appeal since “the doctors have already been exhausted for many months and giving their all to care for those affected”.
