Injured WWE star makes return in extreme PPV rules

Shinsuke Nakamura beat Jeff Hardy to win the US title, as seen on Sunday (July 15, 2018) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at the PPG Paints Arena on the WWE network. After the match, Randy Orton returned to look down with Nakamura and then put on Hardy.
If you remember, Orton had been offside since May after he had a small knee. It was not stated which knee orton had problems. Prior to the operation, Orton was last seen backlash when he was defeated by Jeff Hardy in a title match in the United States.
