-

Power couple Aaron Rodgers and Danica Patrick made their relationship public in early 2018 and have strengthened since then. During the NFL season, the couple lives in Wisconsin, not Lambeau Field, where the Green Bay Packers play. But in the offseason, Rodgers and Patrick reside in the hometown of California’s quarterback.

The two recently bought a large beach house in the Golden State, which offers views that would surprise anyone. It also came with a dazzling price as one of the most expensive properties sold in the area. This is what the Packers point out that the caller and the retired race car driver paid for the impressive house and what his Malibu mansion presumes.

Rodgers already bought a house in California

As mentioned earlier, A-Rod is originally from California and already owns a house in Del Mar that he bought in 2009.

That property, valued at $ 10 million, has 5,771 square feet of living space and includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a home theater, putting green, gym, batting cage, basketball court And a spa.

One would think that this place has everything anyone could need, but Rodgers and Patrick decided to get another pad right on the beach in the luxurious Malibu.

The high price and what the Malibu house includes

In December 2019, TMZ reported that Patrick and Rodgers bought a beachfront property together in Malibu. According to the media, the couple paid $ 28 million for the villa that was previously owned by British star Robbie Williams, who bought it in July 2019 for $ 20 million. Before Williams, Netflix content manager Ted Sarandos and even Janet Jackson once called him home.

According to reports, the $ 28 million transaction took place in November and was the third highest in Malibu last year, just behind the $ 100 million Ron Meyer complex and the majority owner of Golden State Warriors, Joe Lacob, bought his residence in Carbon Beach for $ 29.1 million.

Rodgers and Patrick’s beach house is 4,636 square feet and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, an open floor plan with living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. It also has a 2 bedroom guest house. And the couple can enjoy a pool in their new place overlooking the ocean.

Now that they bought a house together, some fans wonder if there will be wedding bells in their future. That’s something Patrick expects someday.

“I mean I hope that is the intention. Look there [are] There are no guarantees in life, but as long as you have that intention, that’s what matters, right? “he said in an interview with E! News.

If the NFL star and Patrick were to get married, it would be their first marriage and the second of her, since she was married to a physiotherapist named Paul Hospenthal. They married in 2005 and their divorce was finalized in 2013.
