Investigation of 1200 lethal doses of fentanyl to the Glyndon family underway

LAY COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) – The sheriff department of Clay County has never seen it. They tell us that a Glyndon family was shipped 1,200 fentanyl fatal doses on Tuesday.

Clay County sheriff deputies say the package contained white powder. This powder contained 2.5 grams of fentanyl. MEPs tell us that the package came from outside the state and that the address on it did not quite match the family house of Glyndon, but ended up there.

The Clay County Sheriff says the family is fortunate not to have opened the package further and to investigate it for themselves. At the moment, no further details are published as MEPs say that this is an active investigation.
