Jambi’s CPO price increases by Rp. 824 per kilogram

Jambi (ANTARA) – The price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in Jambi in the period 20-26 May 2022 experienced a significant increase of Rp 824 per kilogram from Rp 11,453 per kilogram to Rp 12,277 per kilogram, while the Fresh Fruit Signs (TBS) also increased by IDR 81 per kilogram from IDR 2,191 per kilogram to IDR 2,272 per kilogram.

“Meanwhile, the price of palm kernel in this period experienced a significant decrease of Rp. 1,676 from Rp. 9,228 per kilogram to Rp. 7,552 per kilogram,” said the Committee for Determining the Price of FFB Palm Oil in Jambi Province, Putri Rainun, who was received in Jambi, Saturday.

Determination of prices for CPO, FFB, and palm kernel was agreed by the formulation team in a meeting attended by cooperative entrepreneurs and local oil palm farmer groups and based on ministerial regulations and governor regulations.
