Jane Moore says Harvey Weinstein claims the rape victim must take responsibility if the video is released from the encounter

Jane Moore responded to footage of Harvey Weinstein with the alleged rape victim Melissa Thompson, filmed the night he allegedly attacked her.

The disgraced film producer is accused of groping the tech entrepreneur on the tape that took place in September 2011 in a locked room at the Weinstein Company's New York office.

SkyNews released the footage on Wednesday, along with an interview with Melissa, in which she explains how Weinstein put his hand under the table [her] Dress and agreed to meet with her later to close the deal.

It was claimed at the Hotel Melissa that she had been raped by the Mughal, but Weinstein denied that he had had consensual sex with his prosecutor.

Now, after reading Loose Women's material on Thursday, panelist Jane was critical of the situation.

"Why would you go all alone for my whole life?" She asked, referring to Melissa, who followed the hotel solo and followed this video. "Even if I thought I made a deal for my business … I defy anyone that I listen to it and hear their story.

"Yes, I think he behaves like a predator, he may have been guilty of all the things he's accused of, and I do not understand why you go to a hotel later in the day when someone's behaving like that. "

She added, "As a woman, you sometimes have to take responsibility for the decisions you made, I can discuss the first decision, she did not know that would happen, I do not understand why she's going to a hotel later in the day left. "

However, Nadia Sawalha understood Thompson because she admitted that she was in similar situations.

"We are still in a society where we are flirting," she replied. "I can totally understand why she then agreed to go to the hotel … and he played with her.

"He played the whole game with her. I was in these situations. Where I am ashamed and ashamed [of where I’ve ended up], "

When Jane added her thoughts, Nadia said, "Because I'm not very tough and I never set limits, I have great sympathy for her to think every second, the next piece is when I close the deal.

Gloria Hunniford recalled, "Where I lose my understanding is when she decides to go back and meet him [in the hotel],

"If someone put my hand on my skirt, I would not say" a little "and be warm."

Nadia added: "He is a very imposing man, he went back and forth with promises."

In her graduation, Jane made it clear she felt Thompson had the choice.

"If you're in that situation and you've been so uncomfortable, I'm not defending Harvey Weinstein, why did she go to the hotel?

"We are not accusing victims, we say that in this situation, why would you put yourself back in this situation when you go out yourself?"

In the video that was released this week, Weinstein asked, "May I flirt with you?", To which Melissa replies, "Um, we'll see, a little, and he agrees," OK, then I will not. "

When she leads him through a business field, his actions have failed, but Melissa claims his hands are a bit "too high" on her leg.

"The data is so hot, right," she jokes.

He answers, "It's hot, you're hot, let me have a small part of you, give it to me, it's alright, would you like to do it again?

In a statement from Weinstein's camp, it is argued that both parties operated "loose, not energetic flirting" in the footage.

Melissa admits she "volleyballed" with him as he dragged a line, but that his behavior forced her back into a corner, feeling "confused, vulnerable, uncomfortable, and lacking power."

Weinstein is currently being tried in New York for allegations of sexual misconduct. Further investigations are taking place in LA and London.

If he is charged, he could face 25 years in prison. Weinstein has denied the allegations so far. Melissa was one of three people who filed a class action lawsuit against Weinstein in June.

Loose Women returns to ITV at 12.30pm.
