The video torments a Westbrook fan who quietly warned the security forces to dispel the situation.
Before Utah's house tipped against the Timberwolves last night, owner Gail Miller spoke in a heartfelt speech to the crowd.
"That should never happen," Miller said. "We are not a racist community."
