JCI dropped, along with the PER and PBV of big cap stocks, Monday (31/8)

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) slumped 2.02 percent to 5,238.49 on Monday (31/8). JCI is depressed by the majority of shares big cap the lackluster.

Of 11 shares big cap with market cap above Rp 100 trillion, 8 of them fell and 3 other stocks rose.

Among the stocks big cap, something’s been sagging for days. For example, BBRI and HMSP shares have fallen for 4 consecutive days.

Meanwhile, BMRI and TLKM shares declined for 3 consecutive days.

To quote RTI, price earning ratio (PER) of BBRI’s shares was recorded at 21.27 times with price to book value (PBV) 2,34 times.

Meanwhile, the PER of TLKM shares was 12.88 times with a PBV of 2.95 times.
