He finally returned for the end of the 2020-2021 season, playing ten games with the Section Paloise and even scoring a try against Agen (47-7) in May. The former Wallaby (3 caps in 2013) wore the Canberra franchise colors between 2012 and 2015.

“I am delighted to be returning to Australia with the Brumbies. I have obviously kept an eye on how the team has evolved since my absence […] I can’t wait to be part of the Brumbies again ”, he confided on the site of his former club.

“He had a real impact on the club in his first stint and he’s coming back as an experienced professional player who has been in some really big matches. We think it can be a valuable addition for our group ”, added his trainer, Dan McKellar.
