According to NFL.com, the Jets rookie quarterback is dealing with a sprain that will definitely keep him out of the Sunday game against the bills. Apparently, the injury is so severe that she can keep Darnold away for the rest of the month. After playing on Sunday, the jets have a week 11 before they play the Patriots in week 12.

Loud New York Daily NewsThe team is not optimistic about Darnold's chances against New England, which means he probably will not return until December 2 when the jets travel to Tennessee.

More about the NFL

Darnold was defeated by the jets during the 13-6 defeat of the Jets Dolphins on Sunday – a game in which he was fired four times – and he even admitted that he felt like it he was "damned""Less than 24 hours later, however, the rookie quarterback stated that he was doing well in an interview on Monday.

"Yeah, I'm fine," said Darnold. "Some bumps and some bruises, but everything is fine."

Despite Darnold's optimism, everything is not good and that became clear on Wednesday when he showed up with a practitioner Boots on his right foot, With Darnold unable to compete against the banknotes this week, the jets are likely to turn to Josh McCown, who became 2017's starter for Team 5-8.

Although it looks like we're getting a rookie rookie fight in quarterback for the Bills Jets game, it looks more and more like we're going to win McCown against Nathan Peterman. Peterman is expected to get the start of the bills when both are Josh Allen [elbow] and Derek Anderson [concussion] can not play

Allen has not played since the sixth week, but there is a chance he may return to the field this week. Bills coach Sean McDermott showed some optimism during a press conference on Wednesday.

"He has done a good job so far, really no setbacks," said McDermott about the rehab process based on quotes from the team. "[We’re] It only takes one day at a time. [We] want to see how he is doing today. After the training we will know a little bit more. [It’s] one piece, one day after another right now. "

The bills have a reunion after the Jets game, which means it would not be a surprise if they would let Allen sit this week. If they went that way, Allen would give an extra week to heal, and he probably would not return until the 25th of November, when the Bills play the Jaguars.
