On Friday, comedian Jonna Støme (44) shared on Instagram that he was hospitalized.
Støme told Se og Hør that he had chest pains, and that he was at the hospital to have it checked out. He himself didn’t think it was anything serious.

On Saturday, the comedian will update his own Instagram profile. There he writes the following:
“Now it’s time for the serious update where I point out that it’s not my fault assa. Then I seem selfless at the same time that many see me as a victim anyway. Front with an oversized woolen jumper and a Winnie-the-Pooh cup. Now I will come forward with the diagnosis. Pericarditis. Choosing this time not to joke about calling it perikar SHIT.”
According to the NHI, pericarditis is an inflammation of the pericardium, a membrane that surrounds the heart. The most common cause is viral infection.
Støme further writes that he walked for a week with reduced mobility in his left arm and pain in his chest before he saw a doctor.
“It’s actually quite stupid. I’m old fashioned and think people snort too much and thought real men just grit their teeth. Real men should take care of themselves and go to the doctor. I realized in the last few days that I am loved and liked. And that many would have been sad if I had gone far too soon as the humble, talented entertainer who had left a huge void on the world stage.”
Skin braids after this
In conclusion, the 44-year-old says that he will talk more about the diagnosis in the next episode of his own podcast “Støme og Jerman”.
