He lives on on TV.
On Wednesday evening there was a reunion with Joseph Hannesschläger († 57) in the “The Rosenheim Cops” winter special. The 90-minute film was shot in January 2019. The actor died of cancer about a month ago.
A touching moment for the TV crew. “Rosenheim Cops” colleague Max Müller (54) on BILD: “We had known about Joseph’s illness since June 2018. We were very happy that he could shoot and were thrilled by his presence, his acting precision and his incredible charisma! Even in such a difficult time. “
Because of his illness, Hannesschläger was not in the snow, but only in front of the camera when shooting indoors. “When I see him on TV now, I’m just very sad,” says Müller.
But: there is still a reunion! On March 17th the last “Rosenheim-Cop” episode “Dead Summer” will be broadcast with Hannesschläger.
Then he will say goodbye to his colleagues because the commissioner is said to be traveling to Husum as head of a training course. When this scene was shot, however, it was not yet known that it would be a farewell forever.
