American-Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, one of the most famous of the Al-Jazeera television channel and the Arab world, was shot dead on Wednesday May 11 while covering clashes in the West Bank. A death attributed to Israeli soldiers, accused of having shot her “in cold blood”, which the army disputes, for which the origin of the shot was not immediately possible to determine.
