For the remaining 405 thousand recipients, the government will propose an additional Rp 1.7 trillion budget. The continuation of the 2023 pre-employment card program with this normal scheme refers to Presidential Regulation Number 113/2022 with the implementation rules of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Number 17/2022.
The implementation of the normal Pre-Employment Card scheme begins in the first quarter of 2023. The target is certain skills training areas that are most needed now and in the future. Because the pre-employment card program focuses on increasing work competence, recipients of BSU 2023, Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) and PKH can become participants.
