Are Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin ready to go down the hall?
That's how it looks when they were discovered at the marriage office in New York, where marriage licenses are issued. A source tells ET that Bieber and Baldwin are not married.
A picture of TMZ shows the couple storming into the building on Thursday, where eyewitnesses told the outlet, Bieber cried and said to his fiance, "I can not wait to marry you, baby."
In New York, marriage licenses are valid 24 hours after their issue and up to 60 calendar days from that date. That is, if Bieber and Baldwin actually received a marriage certificate, they could always close a marriage between Friday and November 13th.
However, the twenty-four-hour wait can be waived by a judge or judge from the New York State Supreme Court or County County Judge, where either Baldwin or Bieber lives.
One source told ET last month that Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21, were in a hurry to marry after asking the question on July 7.
"The couple has talked to many nearby people and listen to the constant advice they have received to enjoy the ride," the source said.[They are] in a loving relationship and now working on the foundation to keep that forever. "
Bieber had been sitting with his fiancee's father, Stephen Baldwin, on Monday, shortly after the model made it clear that she did not want to be taken off Cloud 9.
