Kansas City man dies in crash in Alabama news

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL (KCTV) – A man from Kansas City, Missouri, died Thursday in an accident in Alabama.

The crash occurred at 9:40 am on I-10 in eastern Baldwin County.

According to the Alabama highway patrol, he was traveling west near Miles 62 when the 2016 Freightliner he was driving left the road and hit an intersection.

He was declared dead at the scene of the accident and identified as KC's 40-year-old Abdirisak Muse Daad.

He had put on his seat belt at the time of the crash.
