Keanu Reeves thinks it’s a huge honor to go to Marvel Studios

Keanu Reeves discusses many fans’ hopes that he’s been cast in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in an interview. For a while it was rumored that he would be seen in Moon Knight, but now there are other stories.

Reeves already has its own popular franchises: that of The Matrix and around John Wick. But more is possible, because the actor has not yet appeared in a live-action superhero film.

A Marvel role?
Recently, Marvel Studios wished Reeves a happy birthday on social media. That immediately sparked hopes among fans that he would be cast in the constantly expanding universe.

Reeves elaborated on those stories during an interview with Esquire. As far as he’s concerned, it should work well:

“Isn’t it bigger than a universe? Kind of like a multiverse? It’s a Marvel verse. [lacht] It would be an honour. There are some really extraordinary directors and visionaries in it. They make something that no one else has ever made. It is special, in scale, ambition and production. It would be really cool to be a part of that.”
