The former NFL-end Kellen Winslow Jr. was reportedly arrested on Thursday in San Diego and face nine charges, including kidnapping with the intent of Rape committed violent rape.
According to TMZ Sports, Winslow is being punished with two charges: kidnapping for rape, two charges of violent rape, two charges of burglary, one count force-feeding, one indictment for forced mortality and one disgrace fornication.
The San Diego County District Prosecutor's Office confirmed to TMZ that an arrest warrant had been issued against Winslow and that a full list of charges will be published on its indictment on Friday.
If convicted of all charges, he will face life imprisonment.
Winslow, 34, was also arrested on June 7 for an alleged home burglary in a motorhome in Encinitas, California.
Winslow's journalist Denise White later said that the neighbor, who described him as a home intruder, "overreacted" according to the San Diego Union-Tribune . Teri Figueroa. White added, " her client was in the park looking for housing for his mother-in-law, and that his wife is going to church with the elderly couple who live in the mobile home where Winslow was spotted."
However, the San Diego Sheriff's Department said Winslow "delivered conflicting and divergent statements regarding its presence in the RV and mobile home park," as Figueroa reports ,
Winslow, the sixth choice in the 2004 draft, spent 10 seasons in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New England Patriots and New York Jets.
