The Kremlin will not check Kadyrov’s words from the BBC
The Kremlin does not know anything about the calls of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, to “kill, imprison, scare” those who insult someone’s honor on the Web. This was announced to reporters by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, reports RBC.
“I did not read the original transcripts of this meeting and did not read the printouts of the original statements. With all due respect, I cannot count the publications of the BBC Russian Service as the source, ”he emphasized.
A Kremlin spokesman added that messages will not be checked.
At the same time, to the question why he does not comment on a number of topics related to Chechnya and whether the region has special conditions, Peskov noted that there are no special conditions.
Earlier, the BBC Russian Service published a translation of the statement by the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, at a government meeting broadcast by the Grozny ChGTRK.
