Kuwait Ministry of Health launches field Kovid inspection

Kuwait City: Kovid confirmed the new additions to 5,000 people in Kuwait on Tuesday. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health has launched the Kovid Field Inspection in the wake of the Kovid outbreak.

Special teams arrived in vehicles from different parts of the country and resumed inspections on the streets.
The Ministry of Health said that field inspections would also help to avoid congestion at Kovid testing centers.

In the last 24 hours, 4,825 new cases of Kovid have been confirmed in the country, Health Ministry spokesman Dr Abdullah Al Sanad said. This brings the total number of Kovid cases in the country to 475303. Meanwhile, 2 deaths have been reported. He explained that 4021 people had recovered, 32,203 new Kovid tests had been performed in the last 24 hours, 44,158 were in treatment, 296 were in the Kovid ward and 37 were in the intensive care unit, with a test positivity rate of 15 per cent.
