L186/A555: Full closure in Cologne-Rodenkirchen between Kiesgrubenweg and A555-AS Köln-Rodenkirchen from June 13th.

Cologne (streets.nrw). The Landesbetrieb Strassenbau North Rhine-Westphalia, regional branch Ville-Eifel, has been renovating the L186 state road (Godorfer Hauptstraße/Bonner Landstraße) between Cologne-Godorf and -Rodenkirchen in several sections since February 2023.

From Tuesday, June 13, the section between the Kiesgrubenweg junction and the A555 Cologne-Rodenkirchen junction will be completely closed. Together with the L186 (Bonner Landstraße), the exit of the A555 junction Cologne-Rodenkirchen, direction Cologne/Kreuz Köln-Süd, will also be closed during the night from Monday (June 12) to Tuesday (June 13).

Traffic will be diverted in the Rodenkirchen area via Kiesgrubenweg/Wattigniesstraße (L150), Industriestraße (L300) and Friedrich-Ebert-Straße (L92).
Motorists on the A555 are routed from the Köln-Godorf junction via the Kerkrader Strasse (L150), Industriestrasse (L300) and Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse (L92) to Rodenkirchen by means of a detour (“red dot”).
The access to the A555 to Cologne from the direction of Cologne-Hahnwald and the access and exits in the direction of Bonn are not affected by the closure.

Work on this section of the route is expected to start on Friday, June 30th. completed and the lockdown lifted.

The next construction phase up to the junction with Hahnenstraße will then be renovated, also under full closure. Further information on the further construction phases, closures and timetables will be communicated before the start of the respective construction work.
