The Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (Mitic) enabled telephone line 151 to answer queries related to the Single Government Portal, including the creation of the Electronic Identity.

Through its social networks, the Mitic announced the implementation of its new telephone line 151 to answer questions about the Single Government Portal. Calls can be made from any cell phone operator or low line. The hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

It should be remembered that the page was authorized by the National Government to carry out various procedures and online procedures, including the issuance of police records, proof of birth certificate, proof of insured from the Social Security Institute (IPS ) and up to the COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
