La Paz, Baja California Sur (BCS). When issuing a press conference, the State Attorney General’s Office (PGJE) revealed details of the capture of a man, accused of the crime of femicide against Nayeli “N” in San José del Cabo; the homicide was due to labor problems, the authority said.

In this regard, the holder of the dependency, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya He explained that the victim was 3 days old, whose cause was by hanging; After his discovery, evidence was collected, finding sufficient evidence for Hugo “N” to be apprehended, he explained.

For his part, it was reported that the accused has a period of 6 months to prove his innocence, a period in which he will remain an intern in the Center for Social Reintegration of Los Cabos.

It should be mentioned that, since Nayeli’s case came to light, family and friends have held peaceful demonstrations to demand justice in her case and, in due course, request the prompt location of those who were identified as responsible.
