One of the most feared diseases! Lack of sleep increases risk

LESS THAN 6 HOURS SLEEP INCREASE DEATH RATE 3X

Insomnia causes Alzheimer’s disease. Especially in people who sleep less than 6 hours, the risk of prostate, colon and breast cancer. And more. One out of 4 people over the age of 70 has Alzheimer’s. Can we prevent it or not. A substance accumulates in our brain, this substance turns the brain into a garbage dump. In the brain that turns into a garbage dump, forgetfulness begins, various diseases occur. This is due to the substance accumulating in the brain. “There is a water outside the brain, which enters between the cells and removes the accumulated substances. This only happens during sleep.”

ATTENTION TO SLEEP BETWEEN 24.00 – 03.00!

Altıntaş stated that attention should be paid to sleep, especially between 24.00 and 03.00.

Stating that relatives of Alzheimer’s patients usually say, “Our patient started to have insomnia problems 5-6 months ago,” Altıntaş said, “We must sleep for our health. Generally, violent fights and injuries between spouses occur after 24.00 at night. Because people cannot sleep, the moral structure of the brain or thinking abilities are lost,” he said.

IF THE MOTHER CANNOT SLEEP PROPERLY IN PREGNANCY

Noting that sleep is important for pregnant women in terms of baby health, Altıntaş made the following assessments: “One of 20 children born has autism. When you look around, you will see a lot of children with autism. The reason for this is environmental pollution and phone pollution. “If the mother does not sleep properly during her pregnancy, her child may be autistic. In a study, when they looked at the level of antibodies against Covid-19 in people who did not sleep for a week or slept for 4 hours, their antibody level was 50 percent lower than in people who slept.”
