The normal aspiration Creta engine is claimed to spit out 115 hp and 143.8 Nm of torque. For the turbo engine, the power is 140 hp and the torque is 242 Nm.
The power and torque is transmitted to the front wheels via a 6-speed manual or iVT transmission for normal aspiration engines, and a 7-speed dual clutch for turbo engines.
Not only gasoline engines, the Hyundai Creta gets a four-cylinder common rail diesel engine coded U II with a capacity of 1,493 cc.
