The healthy fast food restaurant is expanding.
LEON, a popular restaurant known worldwide for its healthy version of fast food, has announced that it will bring a second restaurant to Dublin next month.
The restaurant, which will be located on the Millennium Walkway in Dublin 1, is the first of the four openings planned for 2020.
It will officially open on February 11.
The company behind LEON plans to open 20 restaurants across the country by 2023, with the intention of creating 600 new jobs throughout the service industry, as it shares its fast food approach with its launch in Ireland.
Good news for the growing vegan community in Ireland.
The Managing Director of LEON Ireland, Stuart Fitzgerald, said; “We are delighted to announce the location of our second restaurant on the bustling Millennium Walkway. Our customers talked and we heard: take LEON north.
“We cannot wait to expand on the other side of Liffey and launch our exciting 2020 deployment plan. We will open at least four new restaurants in 2020, so it will be an enormously exciting year for LEON Ireland. We have added the amazing Vegan Jack Wings to our vegan menu and will present some new classics in the coming months. “
