Leonel Rodríguez, CC Cerro Largo cyclist and brand new national road champion, was the winner of the fifth stage of Rutas de América 2023 that this Tuesday joined Ombúes de Lavalle with Santa Lucía, in a total distance of 176 kilometers.
The day was marked mainly by the fight of the packages for the special prizes, classifications that are very even by averaging Rutas de América.
All escape attempts were annulled by a squad that did not let the adventurers make much difference, determined to reach Santa Lucia without escaping.
