VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Jan 15, 2020 / PRNewswire / – a training journal, a major publication for workforce development programs, identified LifeNet Health among its “Top 125 for 2020.” This award, given each year to Past 20 years. , it is among the most significant awards for professional learning and workforce development programs. This distinction makes LifeNet Health one of the world's largest training organizations. Previous recipients include CVS, Best Buy, Anthem, General Dollar and Walmart.

“This recognition reflects the commitment of leaders and staff across LifeNet Health who foster a continuous learning culture,” said LifeNet Health President and CEO Rony Thomas. “Continuous improvement and professional growth are vital elements of our commitment to excellence.”

The rigorous evaluation focuses on “Top 125” recognition of how organizations use training as a tool to achieve critical objectives. Judgment criteria include a review of training staff, materials and orientation programs – as well as organizational impact and quantitative measurement of training outcomes. Organizations are also evaluated for the allocation of human and financial resources dedicated to staff development programs. An external research company and the Top 10 Farmers' Hall choose to evaluate and evaluate the prizes – organizations that appeared in the Top 10 for four consecutive years.

“Our goal is to create an environment in which everyone can grow throughout their career,” said LifeNet Health Deputy Human Resources Craig Vick. “Our innovative training programs are designed to support the organization as we grow – and to ensure that all employees feel empowered in their efforts to support our mission.”

As one of the largest private employers in Hampton Roads, LifeNet Health's strong training curriculum supports the growth of a skilled biotechnology and biomedical workforce in Virginia.

“Virginia is a top priority to create a strong workforce for Virginia to grow its business community,” said Virginia Commercial and Trade Secretary, Brian Ball. “We commend LifeNet Health for this important recognition, and look forward to the ongoing work of the company to build a great team of employees.”

LifeNet Health will be honored with other “125 for 2020” award winners at a formal recognition ceremony taking place at the annual Symposium Gala Training Gala in February in Orlando, Fla.
