This is the second act of the social reforms of the last five years. Emmanuel Macron receives this Thursday and Friday, employers and trade unions to launch the reforms of the vocational training, apprenticeship and unemployment insurance. The executive resumes the same method as for the ordinances to reform the labour Code : the chairman opened the ball of the consultation, before passing the baton to the prime minister and the minister of Labour Muriel Pénicaud. A bill is expected in April.
