Loire: a cyclist knocked down by a car in a roundabout

The cyclist was thrown to the ground while riding on a roundabout in the Loire on Wednesday.

A road accident occurred this Wednesday, October 12 in the Loire, at Riorges.

Vers 18h25, a cyclist was run over by a motorist on a roundabout located near the Intermarché, on Avenue Charles de Gaulle. According to Le Progrès, the car wanted to turn right to go to the supermarket parking lot. She then hit a man 54 ans on his bike.

Wounded in a leg and in the stomach, the latter was evacuated to the Roanne hospital center after the intervention of the emergency services. The police were also present at the scene.
