Clash between gangs
In dialogue with RPP News, el general PNP Jorge Angle, head of the Lima Police Region, pointed out that the National Police investigates the case as an alleged confrontation between criminal organizations.
The high command indicated that one of the victims has already been identified, who has a history of extortion and possession of weapons.
“(The crime) is under investigation to identify the perpetrators, but the hypothesis is that it is a confrontation between criminal organizations aimed at maintaining the supremacy or hegemony of a territory in the face of a criminal scene,” he said.
