Maringues. Louise-Michel’s students at Clairfontaine. As part of the Louise-Michel college sports association, an “inclusion” project brought together students from the establishment and athletes from the departmental adapted sports committee during a stay in Clairefontaine. Developing values of tolerance among students by becoming aware of differences and playing football with people with disabilities were the objectives of this project.
For two days, the 38 athletes (26 schoolchildren and 12 people with disabilities) visited the training grounds of the French men’s and women’s football teams; the Château de Clairefontaine where the men’s team is staying; the French team museum and the locker rooms of the world champions.
At the same time, the exercises on the ground allowed these 38 athletes to get to know each other before closing the course with a tournament on the covered synthetic pitch.
Following this project, an inclusive solidarity day will be organized on May 24 at the college as part of sports activities.
