HHave you ever wished you could push a reset button and lean on a life of habits and health? I think everyone can reset their habits, regardless of history, age or obstacles.

As you may know, I abhor the diet and the "on-it / off-it" attitude. It is a vicious circle that keeps you in a whirlwind when you set too hard goals, fail, sabotage and repeat.

Instead, I've always talked about having nice food: good, whole, delicious food. Your food should seduce your senses, even if it's just a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. It's about bringing the joy back to food and celebrating your new eating style in every possible way.
