Man investigating covid-19 found dead at home

Bing Liu, a scientist who was studying the new coronavirus, was murdered this weekend, in his own home. According to the University of Pittsburgh, in the United States, Bing Liu had already arrived at “very significant discoveries” about the sequels caused by covid-19.
The Chinese scientist was found with several gunshot wounds to the head, torso and limbs, according to statements by the Ross Police Department, quoted by CNN. The alleged murderer was later found by authorities, inside his own car, also killed with gunshot wounds. Authorities believe the unidentified man murdered Bing Liu and then committed suicide. Although it is not known what led the murderer to take the scientist’s life, the authorities believe that they knew each other and do not believe that it was a cause of racial hatred that triggered the crime.
