Man shot his son for playing guitar too long

City of Cincinnati reports reported an incident involving a 79-year-old man and his 50-year-old son playing guitar for too long.

According to the local media The Enquirer, Fred Hensley Sr. is charged with serious battery and domestic violence after the confrontation last Sunday.

Blue Ash Police reported that Hensley Sr. shot his son Fred Hensley Jr. with a .380 pistol. In addition, it was reported that the father was intended to simply damage the guitarBut the bullet also hit her son’s stomach.

“Hensley Jr. then assaulted his father while waiting for emergency personnel to arrive”police said in an affidavit.

The father was taken to the hospital with injuries to his face and later admitted to the Hamilton County Justice Center. Hensley Jr. also was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the rib cage area, but it has been revealed that his life is not in danger.
