Jose Mourinho will tell Manchester United to sign Aaron Ramsey.

Ramsey appears to be leaving Arsenal in either January or next summer after failing to agree on a new contract.

Unai Emery is considered the cause of Arsenal's unwillingness to yield to Ramsey's contract claims.

Ramsey wants £ 185,000 a week to stay at the Arsenal, but Emery strives to spend the funds available for new characters.

The mirror claim that United will make a third bid to bring Ramsey to Old Trafford.

United failed to sign Ramsey before Arsenal in 2008 and saw an approach to the Welshman beaten back last summer.

Liverpool should also ask for Ramsey in the summer, but Arsenal refused these moves as Emery wanted to assess the team he had taken over from Arsene Wenger.

Emery and Ramsey did not immediately click and reportedly had a fight when the new Arsenal boss dropped the midfielder for a clash with Chelsea in August.

Ramsey may speak with foreign clubs in January as his contract expires next summer.

Arsenal may be tempted to win Ramsey instead of losing the 27-year-old at the end of his contract.

As transfer speculation continues to rise, Ramsey insisted this week that he has no plans to leave Arsenal in January.

"Will I stay for the rest of the season? Of course, yes," he said on international service.

"I have a contract with Arsenal and I will do my best to achieve something special this season."
