AC Milan is reportedly planning a January move for Eric Bailly.
The Manchester United defender has played only seven games this season and has not been in the 19-minute Reds' 3-2 win over Newcastle at the start of last month.
Bailly, who moved from Villarreal to Old Trafford for £ 30m in 2016, stayed on the bench for United's games against Chelsea and Juventus before dropping out of each other in the Premier League games against Everton and Bournemouth.
According to ESPN, this has led a large number of European clubs to inquire about the 24-year-old's services, with Bailly reportedly frustrated because Jose Mourinho had no chance.
Milan has joined a number of members of the Premier League to show interest in Côte d'Ivoire.
It is believed that the Italian giants, who rank fourth in Serie A, want to strengthen their defense options in January.
A list of proposed targets at San Siro is also reported to include Tottenham's Inter Milan Milan Skrinar and Toby Alderweireld, both of which have been involved in moving to United in recent months.
Mourinho was frustrated in the summer when his attempts to sign Alderweireld were beaten back by United officials who considered the 29-year-old not value-oriented after Tottenham reportedly charged a fee of £ 50m north for the Belgian international.
