Police in Brussels tonight arrested at armed man who reportedly burst into a restaurant with a gun and threatened staff before running away. Dozens of officers on the scene and have evacuated the upmarket neighborhood of Ixelles. Witness Paal Frisvol wrote on Twitter: 'A crazy man above Marcel's burger in Rue Américaine is waving a gun. Street evacuated. Police ready to grab him. '
    Another witness added: 'Just passed streets that have shut down in Ixelles around Rue American. Heavy police and military presence in the area as well. Better avoid the area. 'Local police said:' A person who is armed, threatening the staff of a restaurant who is now fled. 'We are looking for an individual and there has been a large police deployment in this street follow.
