Reporting to the Marketing Intelligence Manager and the Operational Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of supporting the Business Development of Wakam in France and internationally (32 European countries), in accordance with the axes of the new Development Plan 2022- 2025 from Wakam.
You will join the Marketing & Communication Office, made up of a Head of Marketing Intelligence, a Head of Operational Marketing (+1 person) and 4 people in communication.
Your main tasks are:
You will be in charge of supporting, in support of the sales representatives and the Head of Marketing, the development of the “non-insurance specialists” segment, with a majority of partners from the Neobanks, Auto, Proptech, Insurtech, Gig & Freelancers universes. economy and e-commerce.
The main tasks:
- Carrying out market analyzes and benchmarks in order to assess market potential and identify competitors and market best practices;
- Marketing studies on the expectations of customers in these universes, competitive intelligence and innovation: identifying the new guarantees to be created and the trends of tomorrow
- Identification and profiling of prospects to contact in support of the sales teams
- Integration of information into the CRM
- Contribution to marketing presentations for customer / prospect meetings or responses to calls for tenders
✯ Required profile
- You adopt a good “Doer” mindset and enjoy working in a team
- Curious, autonomous and agile
- You have strong analytical and thinking skills and also know how to be action-oriented and results-oriented
- You speak and write fluently in French and English (our preferred working language 😊)
Your experience :
- Student of a Business School or equivalent, you have a first successful experience of at least 6 months in marketing, ideally B2B or B2B2C.
- Experience in an international startup / scaleup and/or past experience in the insurance world would be extra!
