Máxima wears Zara dress with matching cardigan in Tilburg

We have only just finished marveling at Máxima’s red, white and blue look in Austria, when the queen has already moved on to the next working visit. During her visit to the TAt the extiel Museum in Tilburg, however, she did not opt for tailor-made couture, but for a set from fashion chain Zara.

Maxima in Zara

On Thursday 30 June, Máxima paid a working visit to the Textile Museum in Tilburg, in connection with the new curtains for the Chinese Hall of the Huis ten Bosch Palace. Here she was given an explanation about the embroidery process and she helped a hand by embroidering herself. She wore a knitted, burnt orange dress with matching cardigan from fashion chain Zara (a brand that she, and many royals with her, wear often). And before you rush to the Spanish fashion chain: the set is from a few seasons ago and unfortunately no longer available. We went looking for a while, and found a similar knitted dress at Zara’s sister Mango. The beauty of all this? The dress is currently on sale:

With her matching set, Máxima wore a brown waist belt, a bag by Natan and espadrilles – the favorite summer shoe of the British royals – by Paul Andrew. And the attentive viewer sees it right, because Máxima previously wore this look during a video call in April 2021. Check out the photos here:
